Queensbridge Cars Charging and Refund Policy
Journey prices are based on a mileage tariff with the exception of fixed price fares for airports and train stations. Fixed price fares must not deviate from the drivers chosen route. Any deviation will result in the journey reverting to a fare decided by Queensbridge Cars taking into account the additional mileage and any delay caused either by the passenger or by the prevailing traffic conditions.
Where journeys are booked from Airports, Train Stations, and Seaports the onus is on the passenger to locate the vehicle and not the driver to locate the passenger. When booking any such a journey we will give a definite pick-up point and you will be provided with the driver’s telephone number. It is the passenger’s responsibility to inform Queensbridge Cars if they cannot locate the vehicle and we will help you to locate it by contacting the driver. Failure to locate the vehicle will result in a charge to the customer’s credit/debit card. The amount to be charged in such situation will be decided by Queensbridge Cars depending on the pickup distance/place/parking or other charges.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to inform Queensbridge Cars if there is a change of journey / plan or if flight/ferry/cruise connections is missed. If you provide the new flight/ferry/cruise details we will change the journey date/time without charge and we will charge you for the new journey.
Any journey cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the booked time will result in a charge to the customer’s credit/debit card. The amount to be charged in such a situation will be decided by Queensbridge Cars depending on the pickup distance/place/parking or other charges.
Any journey cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the booked time will result in no charge being made to the customer’s credit/debit card.
Queensbridge Cars cannot be held responsible for any loss financial, professional, missed connection times, flights, trains, due to the vehicle not arriving at the pick-up address at the booked time due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, road traffic accidents, road closures, acts of terrorism or acts of God or being given the wrong booking information by the customer.
Any fouling of the vehicle by any passenger will result in a charge of a minimum of £50 dependent upon the severity of the fouling. Queensbridge Cars will prosecute any person who causes damage to any vehicle booked through us.
The driver has the right to refuse any passenger that he feels may be a threat to him/her or the vehicle.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to keep Queensbridge Cars booking and payment confirmations as these will be needed in the case of a query.
